Being an absolute sucker for pastries and chocolate, Rachael started Chocolate Anatomy with no background in pastry but with one dream in mind, which is to open a 10-seater café in time to come.

What kicked off this project was the her love for chocolate truffles and she just had to try making it herself as it was a rather costly snacking habit. A tailored recipe of chocolate truffles ended up surprising everyone.

Chocolate Anatomy works mostly with chocolate desserts, with their signatures being their truffles, brownies and their chocolate cake. Now, they dedicate themselves to creating desserts that work around with a multitude of fLavors the world has to offer, and of course, chocolate.

Specializing in dessert boxes for all kinds of occasions, and with a menu that changes every month, you'll never get bored!
