Chocolate Anatomy started because Rachael was addicted to chocolate truffles and anything with chocolate. Deciding it was too expensive to keep up the addiction, she decided to make her own.
Fast forward a couple of years, she works with a huge variety of flavors now, and of course, chocolate; with her signatures being the truffles, brownies, granola and her banana bread. Her keen sense of smell and taste has allowed her to concoct the occasional quirky flavor pairings that you'd find on the menu.
Deciding that everyone should be able to enjoy desserts, she created and tweaked the concept of dessert omakase boxes, where each individual can customize their experience through a thoroughly curated menu that changes every two months.
Now, our dessert boxes are made to be indulged in personally, or given away to friends, family or colleagues, making it perfect for special occasions, weddings, corporate events, baby showers or birthdays!

FIRST OMAKASE DESSERT BOX IN SINGAPORE
During the uncertainty of COVID-19 pandemic, we faced a pivotal moment at Chocolate Anatomy, adapt or risk closing our doors. It was in this challenge, that our Omakase concept born.
Inspired by the traditional Jpaanese dining experience, we reimagined omakase for the dessert world, curating unique flavors while offering our customers the flexibility to choose accordingly to their preferences and budget. Just think, an ever-evolving selection to satisfy any sweet tooth.
At her core, Rachael belives that indulgence should be for everyone. Her mission os to craft high-quality, innovative desserts, that remain accessible , ensuring that indulgence remains an experience, not a luxury.
