Chocolate Anatomy started because Rachael was addicted to chocolate truffles and anything with chocolate. Deciding it was too expensive to keep up the addiction, she decided to make her own.

 

Fast forward a couple of years, she works with a huge variety of flavors now, and of course, chocolate; with her signatures being the truffles, brownies, granola and her banana bread. Her keen sense of smell and taste has allowed her to concoct the occasional quirky flavor pairings that you'd find on the menu.

 

Deciding that everyone should be able to enjoy desserts, she created and tweaked the concept of dessert omakase boxes, where each individual can customize their experience through a thoroughly curated menu that changes every two months. Made with real ingredients, thoughtful flavors and a genuine respect for the process.
