What time can I expect my delivery?All deliveries are typically conducted between 10am - 7pm. If you require a more narrowed down time frame, do text us on whatsapp and let us know your address and preferred timing. We'll check if it's available!

What if no one is available to receive it at the time of delivery?Do give the recipient a heads up on the day of delivery. Should there be no one available, your delivery will be left at a place deemed safe (shoe rack, shelf, on the door, or in risers) and a photo proof will be sent to the sender. A redelivery fee of $20 will be imposed should you have to change the location last minute and unsuccessful deliveries by end of day will be forfeited.

Are there additional charges to certain locations?There will be an additional charge incurred by our third party courier for deliveries to malls, CBD, office buildings, hospitals, hotels, tuas. Price will be determined after address has been furnished to us and only when we've received the go-ahead from you, then would you be charged for it.

How do I place an order?Just so you know, we mostly operate around our omakase menu which is seasonal and changes every two months. For parties, or bulk orders, do text us, and we'll guide you along! But otherwise, we have a few platforms for ordering, and they're on the links to your right!

Are refunds/exchanges allowed?Once order has been made, no cancellations are allowed.

Are pick ups an option?The place where the magic happens is located at Kovan and on certain days, Sengkang. This, along with the collection timing, will be confirmed nearer to your collection date.

How much lead time do you need?Omakase boxes: 3 to 5 days Dessert Tables: 1.5 - 2 weeks Cakes, customized desserts/bulk orders: 1 - 2 weeks *all dates are estimates. Have a last minute order? Hit us up on whatsapp and we will try to accommodate to your requests!
