All deliveries are typically conducted between 10am - 7pm. If you require a more narrowed down time frame, do text us on whatsapp (https://wa.me/message/4X4TF26DOB4VN1)and let us know your address and preferred timing. We'll check if it's available!

Do give the recipient a heads up on the day of delivery. Should there be no one available, your delivery will be left at a place deemed safe (shoe rack, shelf, on the door, or in risers) and a photo proof will be sent to the sender. A redelivery fee of $20 will be imposed should you have to change the location last minute and unsuccessful deliveries by end of day will be forfeited.

There will be an additional charge incurred by our third party courier for deliveries to malls, CBD, office buildings, hospitals, hotels, tuas. Price will be determined after address has been furnished to us and only when we've received the go-ahead from you, then would you be charged for it.
